Founded in 1946 by Romolo and Stanley Angelo as Angelo Brothers, we rebranded as Westinghouse Lighting in 2003 through a licensing agreement with Westinghouse Electric Corporation. This partnership has allowed us to carry the Westinghouse brand of lighting into the future and expand our company globally, while maintaining our core values and integrity as a family business. Our company's success can be attributed to a mix of hard work, good fortune, the ability to recognize and seize opportunities, and a dedicated team to keep us moving forward. This winning combination is why we are one of the few privately held, multi-generational family businesses in the lighting manufacturing industry that has been in business for 75 years; and the only global lighting company that carries a full line of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, lamps (light bulbs), and lighting accessories for both residential and commercial markets.
