A woman-founded firm, Westlake Consultants, Inc. remains proudly independent and locally owned. Our expertise is in working creatively and collaboratively with clients for successful project outcomes. Headquartered in the Portland metro area, we specialize in civil engineering, land surveying, land use planning, 3D scan/precision measurement, and construction management services offered in Oregon, and beyond. WCI is a Federal Small Business Enterprise (SBE). As we’ve grown, our strict commitment to quality assurance and control has helped us develop into a highly-capable firm of committed professionals. We join state-of-the-art technologies with responsive service, to help our clients achieve their objectives. We are parents, youth league coaches, volunteer board members, and dog lovers.
