Westmann are specialists in providing repairs and main contracting services to Facilities Management operators at both projects and site level, throughout the UK. This allows us to combine multiple trades and disciplines in one package, along with clients own resources, regardless of the order value. We have over thirty years' experience in general building, new construction and engineering, project management, and procurement services. The business has a record of delivering problem solving solutions across all aspects of its work. Westmann is focused on growth through close collaboration with its prime clients. Westmann operates in two separate spheres: Engineered/General Construction solutions and Interiors Fit out including design. Engineered construction includes: Building engineering, flooring including raised access, electrical engineering, lift installations, air-conditioning and heating, groundworks, road repairs and road lining, waste water engineering, roofing all types, cladding, louvres and brise soleil. Interiors and Fit out includes design and architectural services, CAD, installations and furniture, bespoke furniture and fixings, lighting, flooring, tiling ceilings and all associated finishes. Westmann is fully experienced and focused on non-disruptive work, and maintains long term relationships with its clients on this basis.
