The Board of Education, administration and staff are aligned in the shared goal of guiding Weston to even greater heights in its stated mission of “empowering each student to achieve success and contribute to our global society…and to serve as part of a caring and supportive community.” Weston is an exemplary learning community – for students and adults. Weston educators, partnering with leaders in education, extend the frontiers of teaching and learning. Recognizing that classroom teachers are key to student success, we provide extensive professional development. Professional learning is integrated throughout the school year, including two days fully dedicated to Weston educators sharing knowledge and best practices. Administrators and Curriculum Instructional Leaders provide continuous coaching and feedback for teachers.
