About Westside Behavior Therapy

Westside Behavior Therapy was established in 2015 with the simple goal of providing child and family-centered ABA to the special needs community. While continuing to stay a small, local, privately held company in order to maintain our high level of individualized care, we have grown into a workplace that strives to be a unique, collaborative, and friendly work culture. Over the years, we have helped families in our local community and have built strong relationships with staff who appreciate the unique way we can meet their needs by treating them like a member of our family. Just as important as the kids we work with, are our team and our culture. It’s what defines us and the work we do. We are driven to build a hugely talented, motivated, and passionate team. Our effective outcomes are built around a team of people working collaboratively. We work with children with autism spectrum disorders primarily between the ages of 2-8. We are driven to use effective interventions to accelerate progress and continue to invest in the knowledge and understanding of our field as it continues to evolve and #dobetter.
