About Westside Finishing Company
Westside Finishing began in the early 1980’s, when company founder Brian Bell set out to offer liquid-based coatings in West Springfield, Massachusetts. Brian, joined by his wife and company manager Jeanne, decided to purchase their first powder coating batch booth in 1986 to help the company reach a broad range of new customers. With much success from this addition, more requests came in for powder coating and eventually Westside Finishing found itself ready to relocate and expand production. Westside Finishing has found its new home in the historic “Paper City” of Holyoke, Massachusetts. Our facility provides 30,000 square ft of space and accommodates a variety of production equipment, including the conveyorized powder coating line. While the company no longer has the demand for liquid based coatings, our facility holds several sized batch booth powder coating setups, silk screening and pad printing capabilities among many other options for pretreatment and production prep work. As the company continues to change with the times, the one thing that remains the same is the family values instilled in every piece of production. Westside Finishing remains dedicated in growing with the industry by continuing to research new methods and equipment, increasing inventory, attending industry networking events and bringing new members onto the team.
