Weststar Property Management was established in December 2013. At that time, we managed about 600 units from two property owners. Since then, we have more than tripled in size. Currently, we manage over 2500 units in over 230 buildings throughout the Los Angeles area. We manage properties in Long Beach, Inglewood, Gardena, Hawthorne, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Culver City, Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Glendale, Lynwood, Norwalk, Bellflower, South Gate, Huntington Park, San Pedro, and Anaheim. As you can see, we cover the entire LA basin. How did we grow so fast? We focus on the basics: Managing, Leasing, Maintaining, Rehabbing units, and then Accounting for all that goes on with these.
