About Westwell Wine Estates
We're a family-run English winery dedicated to crafting honest, low-intervention wines that express the character of our land. Located just beneath the Pilgrims Way on the North Downs, our vineyard grows five grape varieties: Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Regent and Ortega; our signature grape. Our wines range from traditional method sparklers and pet nats to skin contact, amphora aged, and collaborative releases with local brewers. Westwell is rooted in creativity, innovation and sustainability. Winemaker Adrian Pike is known for pushing boundaries while maintaining a deep respect for the fruit. All production is on-site, small-scale and hands-on, allowing close control from vine to bottle. We focus on long-term ecological health through composting, recycling, and partnerships with circular economy businesses. Our byproducts are reused in skincare (with Pelegrims), brewing and glassmaking. We're proud to create value beyond the vineyard. Creativity is central to our identity. Galia Pike leads our visual output, from label design to photography and large-scale artworks, building a distinctive brand experience that reflects our roots in the music industry and the arts. We’re also known for community events that bring people closer to wine: tastings, workshops, cinema nights, theatre, local markets and more. Our democratic winemaking club, Sun Dirt Yeast, invites members to participate in real winemaking decisions, a first in the UK. We’re listed by Time Out as one of the UK’s best vineyards to visit, and our Google reviews are consistently five star. As we expand production, we remain focused on innovation, connection and quality. Plant well. Respect the soil. Make great, honest wine
