Established in 1990, Wharton Properties has been one of the most prominent real estate firms in New York City. Founded by Jeff Sutton, Wharton has successfully procured and repositioned properties throughout New York City, allowing us to remain one of the top retail property owners in the city today. Some of our property's portfolio include Dolce Gabbana, Prada and Versace, McQueen, Swarovski, Nike Fifth Ave and Nike Soho, Whole Foods, and many more.
