WHCA/WiCAL: The Wisconsin Health Care Association/Wisconsin Center for Assisted Living is a non-profit organization dedicated to representing, protecting and advancing the interests of Wisconsin’s long-term care provider community and the residents they serve. WHCA is Wisconsin’s most representative nursing home association, as it does not restrict membership to any particular segment of the industry.
