Wheeler Leadership is a boutique leadership development coaching and consulting firm committed to helping develop conscious, compassionate and courageous 21st century leaders and cultures. With rapid changes in the world plus multiple generations, races and ethnicities working side-by-side, today’s leaders must learn new skills to increase their self-awareness, meet the needs of their employees and ensure long-term business sustainability. Wheeler Leadership is rooted in the leadership philosophy of Compassionate Leadership. Compassionate leaders lead from their heads and their hearts. By gaining a greater understanding of themselves and caring for the success and well-being of others, compassionate cultures are created. Modern employees do not flourish under command and control, uninspiring or absent leaders. They crave leaders and companies that are purpose-driven, transparent, inspiring, emotionally intelligent, nurturing, appreciative, diverse and inclusive. Attracting, retaining, developing and empowering talented, innovative, diverse and powerful employees will result in massive profits and increased productivity for leaders and companies willing to learn and implement compassionate leadership skills. My leadership coaching is built on a transformational leadership development and coaching system – Leadership for Life – which I developed from years of executive leadership experience, research, coaching and my own never-ending personal growth and development. Leadership for Life is a metamorphic system based on 3 Core Principles: Leading Inward, Leading Outward and Leading into the Future. The system takes a holistic approach to leadership development and coaching that integrates both one’s personal and professional life. Work life-balance is a concept far from reality for many, however mindful integration of the two provides freedom from stress and chaos.
