About Wheelhouse USA

I am a Hudson Institute trained and ICF certified executive coach. I chose coaching to help people see deeply within themselves to discover and achieve their purpose. It’s how I was raised, what I expect of myself, and admire in others. Coaching gives my life meaning. It’s my true purpose and I delight in sharing it with the world. Now, here’s what it looks like. My mindset and attitude: We’ll work in the space between your default future and your created future through coaching. We’ll start by setting expectations attainably high as you explore yourself. Who you are and who you want to become. I call this your created future. From there, I’ll help you become more aware of your own motivations and strengths and your fears and anxieties. Once you’re dialed-in, you’ll see your world more clearly in places and differently in others. We’ll then develop a plan to reach your created future. Trust that I’ll support you through the behaviors, habits, and actions needed to reach the bar you’ve set. As we go, you’ll notice that I’ll tell you things no one else will. And that I do it with courage, love, and without judgement. And throughout our partnership, you’ll experience the beauty of consistent progress toward your goals. It’s possible, likely even, that you’ll start dreaming bigger as breakthroughs pile up. Then we’ll look on – you with pride and me with deep admiration – at the person you’ve become.
