Founded in 2014, we are one of the leading farmed animal rescue sanctuaries in Australia providing life-long care to over 250 animals rescued from horrific cruelty, neglect and abandonment. Located in the beautiful Wollombi Valley in the lower Hunter Valley, the rolling green pastures of our 100-acre sanctuary is home to rescued cows, donkeys, horses, pigs, turkeys, and other animals, Each with an individual story of rescue and resilience. The sanctuary offers corporate volunteer days, sanctuary tours and school education programme throughout the year.
