White & Allen, P.A. is a full-service law firm located in Eastern North Carolina. Our predecessors first began their legal practice in Kinston in 1927, and since then the firm has grown to become one of the largest in Eastern North Carolina. In addition to our original location in Kinston, we now have offices in New Bern, Greenville, Snow Hill, and Morehead City. Our team includes 20 attorneys and more than 40 paralegals and support staff. White & Allen’s scope of practice covers civil, transactional, and criminal legal matters. Our team approach to service means our clients can trust us with all their legal needs including issues of bankruptcy, civil litigation, criminal matters, condemnation and eminent domain, health care law, corporations, education, domestic and family law, elder law and special needs (disability) trusts, estate planning and administration, partnerships, personal injury, real estate, taxation, and traffic matters, among others. We have three attorneys with a Master of Laws degree in taxation and five attorneys who are board-certified by the North Carolina State Bar as specialists in their respective practice areas. Our firm’s professionals also take pride in being leaders in public service. From serving in the N.C. General Assembly to serving meals at the local soup kitchen; from membership on the Kinston School Board to being active members of Rotary; from being chairman of the State Arts Commission to participation in the local Chamber of Commerce and countless other community affiliations, the firm serves its communities through its professional and its public actions.
