White Birch Lakes Recreational Association (WBLRA) is located in the small city of Farwell; a rural community in mid-Michigan defined by its beautiful natural resources and recreational opportunities. Covering over 3.5 square miles of forested area, every property within WBLRA is 3⁄4 acre in size or larger; giving each member a generous space of natural paradise where they can build a home or cottage to enjoy year-round, or camp on with their RV from May-October. Each property is privately owned, but every owner is a member of our association who pays an annual assessment fee and agrees to follow our community’s Covenants and Restrictions. This allows every member at WBLRA the opportunity to enjoy the many private amenities we have available, while also ensuring that we collectively contribute to maintain the quality of our facilities and the natural beauty of our neighborhood.
