White Boxing SA has always been an idea that required the opportunity. It all started when Simon put together a design and build service within his existing commercial, retail & industrial real estate business in 1997. Over the years he has continued to see the value in real estate firms having this service offering to its clients after having emulated the same strategy in his second business which he sold to the second-largest real estate firm in the world. The strategy was to have this service in-house and not as a lead generator for design companies. The design and build sector is overcrowded and newcomers need to stand out, or offer a niche service. This is where White Boxing was born. White Boxing simply means to: 1) Allow landlords to tidy up their portfolio 2) Service the tenant market with a lease ending life line 3) Allows real estate companies a crisp new offering It is standard practise in mature markets for the tenant to give their space back to white box condition before its obligations to the landlord are fulfilled and landlords hand its space to an incoming tenant in the same white box condition. We have over 20 years of commercial, retail and industrial real estate experience. We have been in your shoes, and we are able to identify the requirements of each property.
