We are based in Aveiro and we are the only Portuguese company that produces vegetable-based alternatives to dairy products. White&Green was formed in 2013 and today has a production capacity of 45 million liters/year and employs more than 100 workers. Our products are marketed under our “Shoyce” brand and the private label of the main retailers in Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom. The origin of everything is in selected raw materials of superior quality, variety and controlled origin, and in our close relationship with the best national and international producers. We compare crops and discuss ways to improve the production and selection process for different ingredients. We have an innovative, completely vertical production process, which allows quality control from raw material to the final product, which makes our process so unique and distinguished. At White&Green we are specialists in working with cereals and oilseeds, it is our essence and our ideology. We preserve all the flavor and quality through pasteurization and the packaging we use.
