We chose the name White Oak Strategies because white oak trees drop acorns that grow into new oak trees and through this process they continue to multiply. We, as a company, want to successfully grow strong and multiply as well so that we can continue to serve our clients as well as grow as a company. Successful team members can progress to roles like Assistant Manager, overseeing campaigns, or Territory Brand Manager, where they establish and manage their own office, launching new territories.
