Whiteman Property & Associates (WPA) was established by Ken Whiteman in 2010. Having held senior management roles at major property development companies, Ken’s aim was to build a small, nimble team of professionals who could offer truly client-focused development and project management services. The team has expanded over the years, but the values haven’t changed. We talk to each other. We collaborate with our clients, our consultants and the people we deal with at statutory authorities. There’s no sense of hierarchy, so your project doesn’t get held up by bureaucratic processes. We have assisted with the delivery of some of Melbourne's fastest growing estates including Thornhill Park and The Ivy Estate, as well as overseeing the project management of Armstrong Creek Town Centre and a long list of small-medium scale subdivisions and developments. There is no project too big or small and we pride ourselves on providing detailed feasibility assessments for our clients before properties are acquired to ensure the development intentions are aligned from a financial, town planning and construction delivery perspective. All new clients receive free due diligence for the first project as we are confident that you will appoint us formally when the right property is found.
