Who’z The Boss is home to a diverse team of 250 award-winning songwriters and producers from around the world. The company is the result of collaboration between Parker Lee Williams and Dave Herrero, two distinctly talented individuals who have been deeply involved in the music industry for over five decades, collectively. Parker Lee Williams, two-time Emmy nominee, the former music director for the Oprah Winfrey Show and Harpo Productions, and creator of the Harpo Sounds Music Library and Hip Hop legend, has over 20 years of experience in developing custom music for Harpo Productions, including the Oprah Winfrey Show, the Dr. Oz Show, and OWN productions (such as Super Soul Sunday and Oprah’s Master Class). He worked with Oprah Winfrey for 26 years, serving as the Harpo Music Director for over a decade. In this role, he achieved a myriad of accomplishments including two Emmy nominations and the creation and marketing of “Harpo Sounds” Music Library, which proved very successful for Harpo Productions both creatively and financially. Parker has also been a pioneer and leading force in the Hip Hop world, from adolescence until present day. He was one of the first hip-hop DJs in Chicago, bringing the New York hip-hop sound to the Windy City. His partner Dave Herrero is a first-class world touring blues musician, bandleader, composer, and music producer. He and his international team of award winning composers were leading producers for the Harpo Sounds Music Library. Together, Herrero and Williams have created Who’z The Boss Music Library, bringing their unique library building approach to production houses, television and radio productions, and multimedia producers across the globe. Williams’ and Herrero’s extensive music backgrounds combine decades of valuable industry knowledge and creative excellence.
