THE WHOLE ASSISTANT VISION Our mission is to foster community and provide actionable solutions for executive, personal, and administrative assistants while empowering them to be their best selves and lead more balanced lives. OUR VISION At Whole Assistant we believe that ever assistant is a hero – often moving heaven and earth to ensure their office runs smoothly, their boss’ life is in order, and nothing falls through the cracks. Assistants can wear many hats: gate keeper, office manager, proxy, bookkeeper, babysitter, chauffer, database manager, researcher, professional organizer, party planner, facilitator, tech support and travel agent to name a few. The assistant role is messy in a way that only assistants understand. 1. We aim to foster a community that will engage with one another, offering support and encouragement in what otherwise can be very isolating roles. 2. We seek to empower and educate assistants, offering actionable solutions to real time concerns and dilemmas. 3. We promote self-care and healthy work-life balance with the understanding that healthier, happier assistants will make the world a better (and more productive) place.
