About Wholegreen Bakery
When we started out in 2014, there wasn’t a lot of good gluten-free around, let alone great. We saw the opportunity to be the front runners in making great food that just happened to be gluten-free, real food that was made from the best, freshest ingredients. Delicious food. We’d be lying if we said it’s been easy – it’s hard without the magic elasticity of gluten – but we’ve been pushing the boundaries in what’s possible with gluten-free for five years now. All the hard work and endless experimentation has been so worthwhile – we’ve cracked the code on everything from croissants to baguettes and we’re now able to offer our customers a wide variety of gluten-free baked goods that you just can’t find anywhere else. Our customers mean the world to us and the reward of seeing broad smiles break across their faces when they eat our food is sweet indeed.
