About Wholly Gelato & Milk
Wholly Gelato & Milk are producers of a luxurious, gut friendly, free range milk. Our milk is soley derived from our own 160 cow herd consisting of a variety of breeds producing a unique, high quality milk. We produce all of our artisan Gelato on site via our small batch method. We believe natural is best and so our produce is minimally processed to keep it fresh and wholesome as nature intends. We gently pasteurise our own milk at a lower temperature than conventional dairies to keep the unique flavour, texture and taste. As a family of foodies who value where our food comes from we make no exception with our gelato. Most of our ingredients are homemade and if not are sourced as locally as possible where collaborations with small producers can be established. Our Gelato is sold on farm through the retail shop and are now branching into wholesale. Our milk is also sold directly on farm through a milk vending machine along with reusable Wholly branded glass bottles.
