Wickett Advisory works with C-suite, senior executives and governing boards to help identify, develop strategies and actions, and deliver impactful results towards their key business priorities. We draw upon our facilitation and executive coaching training to support our clients in effecting change. Einstein is quoted as having said, “If I had an hour to solve a problem I'd spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and five minutes thinking about solutions.” Wickett Advisory believes that the most important, and often the hardest, part of realizing a goal is the first step – identifying the key underlying aim. We start our work by partnering with our clients to bring clarity of definition and purpose to their objective. Drawn from years of senior experience across different sectors and cultures, we then bring our external perspective to help the client frame, or reframe, their ideas and we work with them to create a robust set of assumptions about their context. Building on these strong foundations, we support the client in developing the guiderails, strategies and plans required to deliver on their goals. We believe that, as often as not, the client already has the answers they need. Our role is to help surface them, to prioritise, and to build agreement and alignment within the organisation or across stakeholder groups on the way forward. We assist the client in distinguishing between their underlying priorities and the cacophony of noise in which they work every day.
