The WBI team are veterans in financial services, M&A, and capital markets, catering to U.S. and Eastern European clients, with decades of experience. Over the years we have led a series of equity, debt (public, private, PIPEs), M&A engagements and created and fostered many successful business ventures. This was done by building a strong network of financial institutions: money managers, bankers and analysts, accounting and legal firms, and other professionals.
