Wiese Research Associates, Inc. (WRA) is a full-service custom market research company. We'll work with you to design a study that best fits your needs from start to finish. We employ our own staff of full-time and part-time telephone interviewers with approximately 100 CATI interviewing stations at our call centers in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. We are TCPA compliant, up-to-date on best practices for do not call lists, and each station is equipped with digital recording for quality control. While quantitative research is our mainstay, we also have focus group facilities in-house and experienced moderators on staff to conduct qualitative research when objectives are exploratory in nature and group dynamics are needed. Our interviewers also have experience conducting in-depth interviews for those instances when a study requires a qualitative phase to fine tune the quantitative effort. One of our strengths is the ability to translate research objectives into question items that yield the most actionable information possible. However, the data collected is only as good as the interviewers conducting the survey. Our interviewers are extensively trained and continuously monitored. We set and maintain very high standards to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information collected. We are also fully equipped to conduct online surveys, using either client supplied lists or panel provided by one of our partners. On the creative side of the research equation, WRA understands that there is more to satisfying clients than just reporting facts and figures.
