About WIG Engineering

WIG Engineering Ltd has been successfully fabricating and installing Steel Framed buildings, stairs, balconies and other EXEC Class 2 structures for over 45 years. Located in the Oxfordshire countryside near Bicester, we have great access to the M40 benefiting our suppliers and our customers. As longstanding members of BCSA, we are assessed and certified for medium sized, Execution Class 2 contracts and have the capability, commitment, organisation and highly skilled and experienced personnel required for varying simple and complex, large and small projects within Educational, Private, Commercial and Residential sectors. We have successfully achieved the Building Confidence Accreditation to demonstrate our compliance with the Common Assessment Standard, UK H & S Legislation and CDM Regulations 2015. Our in-house Responsible Welding Coordinator works closely with our highly skilled Welder/Fabricators to ensure the highest quality product and our Appointed Representative is qualified in Lifting Operations for on site installations and our Design Office produces detailed fabrication drawings using latest Tekla Software. Since 2014, we have been ISO 9001 certified and hold UKCA marking certification through LRQA. In 2022 we were awarded the BCSA’s Bronze Award for our commitment to their sustainability charter.
