About Wigan and Leigh Homes
Wigan and Leigh Homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) which manages around 22,700 council owned properties on behalf of Wigan Council. We now also own and manage 56 homes, built as part of our affordable new homes programme. Since we were set up in 2002, we have listened to our customers and acted on what they have told us. As a result 87% of our customers are satisfied with the overall housing service we provide. We have also worked hard to offer our customers value for money and we currently have one of the lowest running costs in the country.
