This looks at all liabilities of a business at the point at which it is being sold. Warranty and Indemnity insurance is often purchased with certain Contingent Risk insurance products which address known risks. This is where we excel and where we have a long history of dealing with complex deals in compressed timelines. Outside of deals there is a world of General Insurance that we believe can be better understood and improved using the principles applied on M&A deals. Using the Wiispa Risk Wrapper, we view the three layers of insurance: warranty and indemnity insurance, contingent risk insurance and General Insurance relative to the business as a whole.
