Wilberforce International Institute empowers international students and scholars to apply creative, Christ-honoring solutions to the challenges facing their home societies. Tackling issues ranging from poverty and corruption to financial literacy and access to education, we have come alongside individuals from more than 20 nations worldwide develop redemptive, practical solutions. Recent projects include: A financial literacy and discipleship program among the impoverished in Indonesia. A Christian K-12 school among underserved children in Northern India. A peace-building and reconciliation program training pastors in Zimbabwe. A Bible-based Christian Education and discipleship program for parents and churches in the Cameroon, where children are rarely included in church life and the concept of discipling children remains largely absent. A training program for pastors in the eastern Congo focusing on biblical wealth creation through creative entrepreneurial responses to local needs, alleviating corruption, and leadership development. We believe that God calls Christians to the redemptive task of nurturing human flourishing through the gifts he has given us in the contexts he places us.
