Wilcox Wellness & Fitness offers private and group personal training. Our clients are busy professionals who want to be able to do the things that make them happy and they know that their health is key to that. We help people achieve serious, lasting results by combining easy to follow lifestyle guidelines with workouts utilizing compound movements that get people in and out and on with their lives. Our clients are successful because we work with them on an individual basis to come up with a plan tailored to help them achieve their goals. We are passionate about the work that we do and we are inspired by the impact that healthy living has on peoples lives. When people commit to health and fitness, everything else in their lives falls into place. It is absolutely amazing – they have a better relationship with their family & friends, they are able to advance more quickly in their careers, and overall their outlook on life in general is so much more positive. This not only effects the individual who is benefiting from the healthy lifestyle but everyone surrounding them – its an incredible ripple effect. The first step in our process for a new client is to meet with one of our trainers for a free no obligation consultation where they will discuss their goals, their current lifestyle and challenges, and to determine if they will be a good match for what we have to offer.
