I believe that optimal health requires a holistic approach, addressing not only the physical aspects of our health but also our mental and emotional well-being. Being well is about more than just fitting “within a range” on our labs. It’s about giving the body what it needs to function at its best, both physically and mentally. I work with people who are sick of feeling tired, bloated and unwell (and who are also sick of not getting the answers that they’ve been looking for) to address any underlying issues that may be impacting their health – including stress, anxiety, or imbalances in the body. I also understand the unique challenges that come with toggling family, business life – and healthy eating. I believe that eating well can be both delicious and practical, and I am committed to helping others find ways to nourish themselves while living busy lives. Whether you’d like to work one-on-one, join a community course to be supported by others, or attend a live event (digital or in-person), there are lots of ways that we can work together.
