Who are we? Wild Thinking bring fresh thinking and new perspectives to teams working in the oil and gas industry, the public sector and businesses throughout Scotland and internationally. How do we work? Wild Thinking believe that you know your business better than we ever will! Our role is to work with your people to facilitate change from within - and in doing so develop passion, ownership and engagement. In a workshop or skill training session, our style is interactive, involving and creative. Using facilitation equipment and experiential task helps us to create environments where creative thinking can be channeled in to tangible actions. Our consultants bring a breadth of experience and a world-class learning and development toolbox to everything we do.
