About Wild Wool
WILD WOOL is a webshop with 100% cashmere garments with the highest quality, handmade in Nepal. WILD WOOL was established in February of 2012, and launched its website in the fall of 2012. The idea behind Wild Wool is to sell classic cashmere garments of a high quality with the Internet as sole distribution channel. By benefiting from a webshop, we can eliminate fixed costs related to staff and rent, which enable Wild Wool to keep the prices low and the customers happy. As the products are hand-made in Nepal, it is important for Wild Wool to give something back to the country. Therefore, we have collaborated with Utviklingsfondet. Utviklingsfondet is an independent charity organization with 30 years of experience, that supports unfortunate people in their own work to feed themselves, escape poverty and protect the environment. For each WILD WOOL product we sell, NOK 10 will go to Utviklingsfondet.
