About Wilden

Wilden Italy è fondata nel 1995 come succursale italiana della tedesca Wilden AG nel settore dello stampaggio materie plastiche. L’azienda viene strutturata per servire il settore termoplastico automobilistico e medicale con prodotti d’alta complessità tecnica: fondamentale è la certificazione di qualità ISO 9001 del 1999. Nel 2006 Wilden Italy acquisisce nel proprio gruppo Flowservice, azienda che arricchisce il livello tecnologico di servizio al cliente fornendo prototipazione rapida in resina epossidica e simulazione di iniezione termoplastica tramite software Moldflow Insight©. Nel 2007 Wilden Italy si rende autonoma dalla consociata tedesca ed estende la propria filiera produttiva potenziandone le competenze. Dal 1 Gennaio 2021 Wilden Italy viene conferita, attraverso un'operazione straordinaria, nella nuova compagnia Wilden s.r.l costituita in data 02/10/2020 nella quale fa parte come socio la società Plastic Division S.p.a di Sulbiate (MB), azienda del gruppo Argomm S.p.a, specializzata nello stampaggio del silicone liquido.
