Our practice was founded on the concept of providing the best quality of service to our clients, with the goal of exceeding their expectations. We are loyal to our clients. Their needs and their goals become our goals. We achieve this with management methods that have been developed over the past twenty years and continue to evolve over time to better serve our clients. The Principals have a solid history of public facility design and use that exemplary standard for all or our municipal, educational, historic renovation, commercial, medical and laboratory projects. Every project is part of an evolutionary process to achieve excellence. The complexities inherent in building design require a continual learning process. We learn from each project and apply the knowledge gained to future projects, enhancing our ability to serve our clients and achieving higher standards. The Firm has been recognized by the American Institute of Architects, Tampa Bay Chapter as the 2009 Firm of the Year, by the Greater Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce 2010 Small Business of the Year , and the Florida association of the American Institute of Architects as the 2015 Firm of the Year.
