WMO Wilderness First Responder classes instructors are uniquely Fellows of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine WMO provides the highest quality instruction to clients worldwide. WMO instructors have been on all 7 continents. WMO medical course offerings include: Wilderness First Aid, Wilderness First Responder, and the unique Wilderness Advanced Life Support. Carls company Wilderness Medicine Outfitters [WMO] has offered Back country Medical classes [ commonly called Wilderness Medicine ] since 1967 making WMO the oldest in the business. More importantly WMO has a higher percentage of Instructors who are Fellows than any other Wilderness Medicine teaching company. WMO also has Carl the only Master Fellow as a full time instructor The Academy of Wilderness Medicine unanimously awarded C.Weil WMOs director as their 1st Master Fellow [called my many as the alpha designation] in 2012 for his many years of degree focused work on Anaphylaxis including identification and treatment. WMOs students get to share his practical experience that has made him the go to man in Anaphylaxis, Water treatment, wound care and altitude issues.
