Wilhelm Schulte-Wiese Gesenkschmiede GmbH & Co. KG (a company of the Birinci Group), founded in 1957, distinguishes itself by its many years of experience in producing drop forgings. Short decision-making processes and short information channels ensure that customers’ specific requirements are implemented exactly and efficiently. Approximately 65 employees have been trained in the latest technology and are capable of working independently. Our well equipped die shop and heat treating facilities enable us to carry out the complete manufacturing process on our own premises. We produce drop forged components out of all common grades of steel. Our processing and heat treatment are suitable for even the highest grade stainless steel and special steels. Schulte-Wiese is certified after DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, DIN EN ISO 14001:2009, HPQ Schienenfahrzeuge (Rolling Stock), HPQ Oberbau (Track Superstructure Products) as well as AD 2000-Merkblatt W0 and can provide documented safety–related parts. A wide spectrum of drop forgings is available ranging in gross weight from 200g to 125kg and with a manufacturing length of up to 1,370mm.
