About Wilkinson Heavy Precast Limited
Founded in 1954, Wilkinson Heavy Precast Limited started with the production of precast concrete Septic Tanks. Over the years, many others products have been added. Today, in our new state- of-the-art plant located on Highway 5, Dundas, our craftmen precast many different water and waste water structures. We know that our customers depend on our quality of workmanship, and on our understanding of their needs. By working with them and their consultants, we have gained experience and expertise in many fields. We are happy to share this knowledge with other consultants, and with many approval agencies, including municipalities and conservation authorities. APPLICATIONS Our Design Team is ready to assist during the planning and design of your project in: - Communal system and septic tanks - Leachate collection and interceptors systems for landfill - Storage for firefighting needs - Stormwater management - Potable and Drinking water requirements - Sewage treatment - Water treatment - Transportation - Utilities PRODUCTS Much of the business involves the custom modification of standard precast boxes and shapes. These modifications normally involve criterial for structural strength, access for maintenance, type and location of pipe connections, PVC or Polyethylene lining and other site specific requirements. Our septic tanks and waste water holding tanks are manufactured under certification of the Ministry of Environment and Energy. Our municipal plant transportation products adhere to Ontario Provincial Standards. Should a project require it, we are prepared to design and fabricate moulds that would allow the casting of unique or specific product.
