The Directors of Will2Succeed have over 20 years’ experience in the Education and Training sector. This experience has come from working for Colleges, Private Training Providers and at length for the LSC/SFA. As a result, we are a highly ethical organisation and our mission is to provide an honest and value for money service which strives to deliver excellence, drive out industry bad practice, instil quality and ensure Government funding is maximised for learners and employers. We have expertise in Strategy, Operations, Bid Writing, Business Development and Project Management. In partnership with the Leadership Team, we have worked across the UK with Universities, Colleges and PTP’s to prepare for the introduction of the Levy System and Apprenticeship Standards. Government Programmes, Policies and Initiatives such as the Apprenticeship Reform require a strategy or a plan to deliver them effectively. Effective Project Management is key to this success alongside an inherent understanding of the requirements of publically funded training, funding systems and rules.
