Will Instructions Ltd prioritise the provision of expert advice in a friendly and customer focused manner. Our aim is to build long term relationships with our clients throughout the various stages in their own and families, lives, by providing appropriate and sensitive advice, helping them to plan, prepare and execute their Wills. Established in late 2018, by Keith Flashman together with Neil and Christina Monet, Will Instructions Ltd was created with the objective of pooling experience, strengths and resources to assist clients in all aspects of estate planning including Will preparation, LPA’s and IHT reviews. With over 70 years, combined Financial Services experience, each of the team has a wealth of relevant technical and complementary knowledge having spent their careers striving for the highest standards of accuracy and client satisfaction. Each team member is accredited by the Society of Will Writers (“SWW”), which is a non-profit making self-regulatory organisation which seeks to protect the public and serve the interests of those who are active professionals in the field. SWW has set itself two main tasks namely i) to promote to the public at large the real need and sense in having a valid Will; and ii) to act as a self-regulatory body by vetting practitioners through stringent membership requirements, proficiency standards and on-going training.
