WiLL© is a vision that has already become a reality. Is self-determination through work possible in this society? Can anyone really claim to have succeeded in this? Perhaps. But Life is the Work we have to do to understand it. Life and Work are the same: the means and the end. And you can never work on yourself: you always have to work on something or someone else, someone who is not us. That, in summary, is the problem (or challenge, if you prefer) of our contemporary age. This is the core business of WiLL©. WiLL’s© Vision is one of cooperation, of dedicating its skills, competences, intuitions and knowledge to the development of a Civilization able to redefine the crucial role of work in the human forum (thereby redefining the meaning of living itself), and orient it towards enhancing the two pillars of the priceless heritage with which the Human Species is endowed: intelligence and ethics. This approach also promotes respect for other living creatures and the environment. The Mission of WiLL© is theoretical and practical-applicative: the logical path starts from pure theory (research, publications) and, through theoretical-practical activities (worwshops, seminars, training, consultancy), naturally ends in on-the-job practice. This structure finds its greatest meaning in bringing together the wealth of all of WiLL’s© multifaceted activities in each intervention developed with each stakeholder. The stakeholders of WiLL© therefore differ in their social and professional positions, their interests and their objectives. This differentiation means that the contribution of WiLL© is open, updated, integrated and systemic with each particular stakeholder. WiLL© is a project conceived and created by Cesare Grisi, Ph.D.
