About Willamette Valley Meat Company
Founded by Mark and Jeff Klein, Willamette Valley Meats has grown from a handful of employees to one of the largest meat processors in Oregon. The Klein brothers brought with them over 40 years of experience in all aspects of the meat industry. This experience has enabled WVM to ensure its products are always produced with the highest regard for the wholesome eating enjoyment of the end consumer. We distribute Fresh and Frozen meat products throughout the United States. Our inventory supplies many ethnic distributors and retailers specializing in hard to find commercial beef, pork, grain fed veal, goat, mutton, and variety meats. Since we are a Federally Inspected Plant we can process and box all your needs including ethnic thin sliced meats, diced offal and portion steak cuts. We Supply retailers with the most extensive case ready offal line available. Our “Carne El Toro” case ready offal has over 100 items available in a variety of packaging and sizes with bi-lingual product labeling. All products are carefully hand selected and processed under rigid controls to assure that it reaches our customer in optimum condition.
