William F. Cooper and Company has been providing expert painting, paper hanging, exterior carpentry, repairs, and property management services in the Concord, MA area since 1986. From the outset it was our goal to offer high quality interior and exterior painting and service. The company has evolved over its 25 years in business. Originally we specialized in restoration-painting in many of the historic homes in the Concord and Lexington area, and over the years we evolved into many phases of home maintenance, painting of new construction, floor finishing and specialty floor finishes, window repair/restoration and weather-stripping, fine enameling for cabinetry and woodwork, natural finishes, hand-rubbed finishes, wall and plaster repair and wallpapering. We work closely with our customers on every project to help achieve the finish product they desire. We have always done what we consider to be the finest work in the area. We use only the finest products available such as C2, Benjamin Moore, California, Sikkens, Eurolac (formerly HASCO and Schreuder), Farrow and Ball, and Epifanes. We were the first in the area to use the European products, Ripolin from France and HASCO from the Netherlands, and that has been one of the mainstays of our business since 1992 when Fine Paints of Europe shipped us our first samples. For each given project we use the appropriate product as we have always paid close attention to how well certain products last in its given environment.
