Founded in 2012, William George has consistently grown and continues to flourish and innovate. We saw a whopping 397% increase in unique users on our website between 2019 and 2021! 2022, our tenth year, saw a rebrand and launch of a new website. We believe there is a better way of treating people and are determined to make auctions both fun and fair. Our team enjoys compiling our auctions and creating great, unusual, and inspiring content and we want everyone who interacts with us to love taking part…whether you are browsing, buying, selling, or all three! Since day one, we've offered 0% seller commission, and this won’t change. We are now also offering free auction listings, so there’s no cost at all to holding an auction with us. Our team strives each day to bring you a huge variety of products, from the rare and unique to big-name brands at hard-to-beat prices and we aim to make the process as easy and exciting as possible. We've recently launched a buy it now shop selling both new and refurbished items at williamgeorge.shop, so it's not all about auctions either! We've always taken pride in disrupting an age-old industry, by using technology, inventiveness, and creativity to improve the service we offer and we'll continue to do so!
