William George Search are a small, niche recruitment consultancy specifically operating within the Lighting Industry field, placing lighting designers, technicians, project managers through to account managers and managing directors. Working in close partnership with both our clients and our candidates, we aim to place the right people with the right company every time. Our account manager Lee has been working within the recruitment industry for over 20yrs and has specialized within the lighting sector from day one, his knowledge and contacts are second to none when it comes to acquisition and placement. We know how frustrating it can be at times during the recruitment process, so we try our utmost to keep our clients and candidates informed at all stages. We're not infallible, but we really do try to look after you to the very best of our abilities. When you work with us, you can rely on a small but highly effective team giving you their undivided attention. We pride ourselves on the results we have achieved, the relationships we have built and the many retained clients that we have the pleasure to work with year on out. Our modest little office is based in rural Cuckfield, where we are fortunate enough to look out over Sussex fields and wildlife, you may even hear birds singing in the background when you chat to us on the phone. We do however leave our rural retreat and head into London on a regular basis to have a coffee with new and existing clients. We much prefer to have a face to face meeting where possible, to really gauge a companies needs. We firmly believe that the right person is far more than just words on a CV and it is our job to find the right fit. So that's us in a nutshell - we don't have a huge, glamorous office, rows and rows of desks, stressed staff trying to hit huge targets - and neither would we want that.
