A big portion of the medicines are manufactured under the Williams & Halls brand name but the company also works as a product distributor for other international companies. Williams & Halls specializes in sales and marketing of medicines and medical devices on the Icelandic market. Other operations are outsourced. Day Zero handles tasks involved with pharmacovigilence and registration while Parlogis handles distribution.
