Willow & Arbor, PLLC is a group therapy practice serving the Tri-Cities, TN area in person and via telehealth. Our clinicians pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including interpersonal process, insight-oriented, and cognitive-behavioral. We believe that the focus of therapy is the achievement of insight and both intra- and inter- personal growth. This means different things to different people and families, so we actively involve you in the direction of your therapy and will check in often to make sure your needs are being met. Goodness-of-fit in the therapeutic relationship is very important, so there is no charge for the initial telephone consultation. Willow & Arbor recognizes that there are no 'one-size fits all' treatment options. We are focused on meeting you where you are and co-creating change with you.
