Willow Path Collective is a Texas virtual therapy practice helping individuals, couples, and parents—especially through pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting transitions—find relief, clarity, and growth. Founded by Esmeralda Cardenas, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional, we offer therapy in English and Spanish, with Christian counseling available upon request. Services include individual therapy and specialized support for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, such as: Postpartum Depression Postpartum Anxiety Postpartum OCD Intrusive Thoughts Pregnancy and infant loss Parenting Stress that affects daily functioning Parental Guilt, Lack of Confidence, Shame & more… We support couples as they navigate the challenges that come with parenthood; whether it’s adjusting to new roles, increased conflict, feeling disconnected, or dealing with unresolved issues that resurface after having children or through the parenting stages. Together, we work on improving communication, rebuilding connection, and strengthening your partnership so you can face this season as a united team. Willow Path Collective is committed to the use of evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, MI, TF-CBT and DBT. We focus on practical tools, measurable progress, and meaningful change. The name reflects our mission: like a willow, we help you stay rooted yet flexible through life’s storms; walking the path with you toward restoration and resilience.
