My name is Monique and I founded Willowgate Finance in 2015. I set up the business with a clear vision of how I wanted to help people who are looking to finance their home – whether they are first time buyers, moving home, looking to save money by remortgaging for a better rate, or buying an investment property. I offer appointments at a time and place convenient to you, either in your home in Spalding, Bourne, Stamford, Market Deeping, and surrounding areas within a 40 mile radius, or at my office in Market Deeping. I also offer telephone appointments nationwide. Once I have an in depth understanding of your situation, I will then search the whole of the mortgage market–taking in to consideration the lender’s criteria as well. This is important, as lending policy differs vastly between banks. It can be the difference between being accepted or declined for a mortgage. Before I make a recommendation I check that you qualify on all accounts first–affordability & ensuring you meet the bank’s requirements. The great news is ... I am a part of the Legal & General Mortgage Club & Stonebridge Group Network, giving me access to mortgages not available on the high street, and exclusive products and lenders not available to some other mortgage brokers or by going direct to the lender. As a first time buyer, obtaining a mortgage and dealing with solicitors is a minefield of processes and it can become overwhelming. I will be available to help guide you through all of the steps, from our first appointment, through to the day you pick up your keys and move in to your first home.
